Court's decision turns KObra into prison

Justice Skender Cochaj has approved the request of prosecutor Nazan Shero, who sought 30 days' detention for suspect Dibran Hoxha, the former head of the dancer known as Kalash.

Debra Hoxha has appeared today before the Court for the appointment of security measures.

Hoxha was arrested yesterday by Prizren Police, while today at the hearing she said she has surrendered herself.

In Prizren's prosecution's request, the suspect, Dibran Hoxha, along with two other suspects -- Arlind Dalaj and Mirsad Hajredini, who are already already in custody -- reportedly caused serious bodily injuries to the H.B.

The prosecution's request reads that on June 15th, around 15:15, following a preliminary agreement on the line. He promised that he would not repeat the crime and that he will not leave.

Debran Hoxha was arrested yesterday by Prizren police. At the court today he was brought in hand by police.
