The Kosovo Assembly failed to elect three judges from the Albanian community on May 22nd.
In addition, Kosovo's president has postponed signing a decree naming Radomir Laban in his post as a suspect of his past, until security organs clarify how true that person has been sentenced to prison for six years.
On 22 May, Kosovo's Assembly announced a competition for the election of new judges and 16 people attended.
It is projected that by the end of next week they will appear before the Election Commission.
However, experts believe the legal system will be until the outcome of the contest and Kosovo's decision to elect the new Constitutional Court judges -- paralyzed and unable to decide on cases that are in court.
It is believed that the election of the Constitutional Court judges could be on the agenda of the Parliament in the first half of July. /21Media
