Former director of the Agency for Recognition, Blerim Rexha, who, after coming to power, fired Ramush Haradinaj through a post on his Facebook profile, has shown his surprise at the request that a Kosovo friend country, such as Austria, has for Kosovo students, reports Periscopi.

“A friendly and historical support country of Kosovo is only looking for Kosovo students to prove their diplomas with certain stamps or shots and eventually to be proven even through the Austrian Embassy in Kosovo. Habia was even greater when I realized that this requirement applies to all Austria's state institutions. Similar requirements for stamps (legalization) were made from Germany, Switzerland, and other countries. How can a friendly country not trust any document in our state, not even those released by the University of Pristina (UP), so supported by the Austrian Government?

Austria's government does not require stamps of (legalisation) for documents from Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro!

This is his full post:

Seal on seal, on seal, on the seal of graduation!

Last week, he happened to file for Gent for his master's studies at Vienna Technical University. And that's where amazement, nonsense and humiliation began!

Habooa é was when I realized that Vienna Technical University (https://we.tuyen.ac.at/.../2018Ansuchen Master mit Mom Mengli..., page 3) from a friendly and historical support country of Kosovo is only looking for Kosovo students to prove their diplomas with certain stamps or pontiles and eventually prove true even through the Austrian Embassy in Kosovo. Habia was even greater when I realized that this requirement applies to all Austria's state institutions. Similar requirements for stamps (legalization) were made from Germany, Switzerland, and other countries. How can a friendly country not trust any state documents, not even those released by Pristina University (UP), so supported by the Government of Austria? Austria's government does not require stamps of (legalisation) for documents from Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro!

Absurdi '%s' continued after I agreed with the surprise and began to follow instructions for getting stamps orstile, first from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) then from the Foreign Affairs Ministry (MPJ) and eventually from the Austria Embassy. The formula for August requires that the degree signed by Dean and Rector verify the faculty secretary! What nonsense? Dekan and Rector's subordinate to verify that the document and their signing is authentic! So the August official also put a stamp on the Up seal. Even a second seal was placed by MPJ official, in the UP's degree with Dekan and Rector signatures and the stamp of the August official! As if that wouldn't suffice a stamp on the UP's seal, the August stamp and the MPJ seal also put the Austrian Embassy. I paid nearly 200 euros in taxes, and it was confirmed that the document is authentic to the UP!

The undersignment is all this process being done to the UP's work and the signing of Dean and Rector. After the Rector's signing, the head of the country's scholars, there should be no more signatures. His signature is final! The signatures of others, subordinates and ministry officials do not increase credibility but underestimate the signing of the Rector!

How could that be, when almost every week the leaders of August and MPJ go to Vienna and don't freeze this humiliation and humiliation that is being done to our children, our institutions and those directly?
