How was the attack planned against him discovered through surveillance KFOR

“There is suspicion that by the time of June 2, 2018, defendant Gramos Shabani has deliberately appealed to his wife Edona Haliti in terms of preparing terrorist acts in Kosovo, instructing him to make self-destructive attacks on KFOR members in Kosovo, as well as other citizens' frequented countries, and also planning the supply of fire weapons and explosives with the intent of carrying out the terrorist <18x>, the act is said to be in place on the detention measure provided by KOXcom.

The decision reportedly says that Gramos Shabani, except in Kosovo, he has deliberately planned preparations for terrorist acts both in Belgium and France, since the same is Belgian citizens.

Under this act of appointment for the detention measure, defendant Gramos Shabani has planned suicide attacks in the states of Belgium and France in countries frequented with citizens, but that after spying on phone conversations among suspects, Kosovo police have arrested the same.

After implementing the secret investigation and surveillance measures, respectively, monitoring talks in public and private places by the Kosovo Police, the same as June 5th 2018, has been arrested”, it is said, in a decision on the appointment of the detention measure which KALLXO.com owns.

Because of these incriminating acts, under the detention decision, Gramos Shabani is suspected of committing criminal acts in terrorism, as well as preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.

And for defendant Edona Haliti, it is said that she, in co-operation with defendant Gramos Shabani, has been involved in in in incriminating acts of terrorist acts in Kosovo, as she plans to stage suicide attacks with explosives in vehicles against KFOR forces in Kosovo, as well as other citizens' frequented and supplied with fiery weapons and explosive matter with the intention of carrying out the terrorist act.

Therefore, the same allegedly committed criminal acts to prepare terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, in terms of criminal acts committing terrorist work and helping to carry out terrorism.

In the request for the detention measure submitted by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, it is said after considering details of the subject files contained by criminal and separately in the Kosovo Police's recognised report on the implementation of secret monitoring measures, respectively, the secret investigation of conversations in private and public countries is considered to have met the conditions for the appointment of the detention measure against the two defendants, since there is good doubt that the defendants committed the criminal acts they allegedly committed.

The special prosecutor had demanded the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants.

“Gramos Shaban is Belgian citizen and that there is a fear that if the defendants are on freedom they will escape to flee criminal responsibility and in this way they will both be impervious to justice organs”, the Special Prosecutor's request said.

Some other suspects reportedly exist in this criminal case and that concrete actions are expected against them after the investigation is completed.

Regarding the prosecution's claims, defendant Gramos Shabani had said he is innocent, since he has not committed criminal acts that are placed on him.

Innocent had also been declared Edona Haliti, who had said that she is innocent and that she has never been against the law before.

Under this request submitted by the Special Prosecutor, there is suspicion that Gramos Shabani and Edona Haliti have committed the criminal acts on which they are suspected, is based on the Kosovo Police report.
