Arifi shows whether to have Kosovo technical dialogue this month

But, there is not yet a date of the upcoming meeting for dialogue since the Kosovo Government's representative for dialogue with Serbia, Avni Arifi, has refused to be part of a meeting, as he has initially called for implementation of the so-called agreements.
In an interview for the KP, Arifi has clarified that they have not conditioned the EU and anyone else, but says they will not allow something that Kosovo Constitution does not foresee. It explains what they have been invited to be in Brussels on Monday.
Arifi says Kosovo has implemented all the agreements or is in the final phase of their implementation.
He explained that the Serbian side considers Kosovo too late with the Association of Serbian municipalities, and according to Arifi, in a way it is true because it is an old agreement, but, he says, is an agreement which has been contrary to the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Arifi has explained what Kosovo has asked of the EU. According to him, Kosovo has not conditioned anyone.
Kosovo's representative for dialogue with Serbia, Avni Arifi, who is also prime minister's chief of staff, Ramush Haradinaj, is insist they will not allow the association to be decision-makers.
Asked whether the presidents of the two countries will meet within this month, Arifi has said he is not talking about the issue. However, it has reconfirmed that no meeting was envisioned at the technical level.
