At this meeting, the delegation from Kosovo presented the results of their work in the dialogue process, with European Union officials praising their work.

Kosovo delegation chief Avni Arifi has expressed satisfaction with the EU's assessment of Kosovo's results.

“has been a regular meeting where we report to EU member states. At no moment has any officials been negatively expressed to Kosovo institutions. It mentions delays in car registration boards, but there was nothing else. The final conclusion of EU officials is that Kosovo's results in implementing agreements are satisfactory”.

Regarding the association, Arifi has stated that it will be realised in compliance with the Kosovo constitution.

Kosovo has implemented all agreements. What is left unintenable on the part of Kosovo is the issue of the Serb-run municipality Association. This is stuck because of constitutional violations. The EU has been set aside for a conform association of the Kosovo constitution”.

He also stressed that they will insist that in the next round, energy issues will be discussed and that they will not withdraw without signing a bilateral agreement.
