The Kosovo Supreme Court's Special Chamber Anques College has issued the indictment with which it has rejected the prosecution's complaint SBI Consultants Limited from the Republic of Ireland, with which he has confirmed the conviction issued by the specialised College of the same court that has rejected ESBI's indictment as unfounded.
ESBI Consultants Limited, the company registered in Ireland, was engaged in managing the Kosovo Energy Corporation in 2004-2006 through a contract linked to the former AKM.

The value of the contest has been 4,945,128.83 euros, while calculating the complainer's claims in interest from 2006 until now that total value amounts to about 10m euros.
During a long trial process, The AKP on both steps of the Special Chamber has won the court dispute, thus sparing Kosovo's budget for about 10m euros from potential sentences.
