The decision was made at the AKP board meeting.

“Bord made the decision regarding the New Family Company, with which buyers have been pronounced financial penalties with over $1,300,000 for failing to meet contractual obligations” reported in the AKP's announcement.

Businessman Kelmendi, currently LDK deputy, bought from the Kosovo Privatisation Agency “Famippa” in Prizren, one of the best-known companies in the time of the former Yugoslavia.
