A “aircraft Star Alliance” is involved in flames at Frankfurt Airport, after a truck pulling the plane exploded in flames.
Fire spread into the Airbus A340 aircraft cabin of “Lufthansa” while moving near the terminal.
Rescue teams rushed to extinguish the fire, which left the outer part of the plane completely black.
Black smoke could be seen coming out of the plane near the terminal.
A Frankfurt Airport spokesman confirmed that there are no reported injuries.
It is not yet known whether passengers or crew were on board when the flames broke out.
