The event that rocked Tirana this Friday took place about 8am in the Don Bosko area, where after a dispute between Mataj and Juliet Chun, 31-year-old man has pulled out his gun and shot the new one, only 19.
The Mata has moved away from the scene several meters away and is hiding in several nearby trees.
Then the young man pointed a gun at his head and shot him. The ambulance has brought the 31-year-old to critical condition, which has been kept alive for over an hour.
