Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has begun his visit to Albania with the meeting with Albania's President, Ilir Meta.
Chief Parliamentary Veselin and President Meta widely discussed relations between the two states, now consolidated in every area, with the shared commitment to further deepening.
The head of the Kosovo Assembly once again targeted Albania's strategic role in both war and statehood, as well as consolidating citizenship and strengthening its international subjectivity.
Wessel said Kosovo and Albania already have clear aspirations and the path to achieving the common goal of Euro-Atlantic integration.
The Speaker of the Parliament said Kosovo is awaiting the European Union's decisive step to liberalise visas for Kosovo citizens as a deserved right for them and the state of Kosovo.
President Ilir Meta, for his part, praised Prime Minister Veselin for the recent decisions of the Kosovo Parliament, which, according to him, have opened new possibilities to the state of Kosovo in relation to the European Union.
Meta said Albania continues to remain at the side of Kosovo in all the challenges it faces and that it enjoys every achievement of it, both in the internal and international agenda.
