Authorities said they have found dozens of these stones, some with downs to 20 inches [60 cm] of kitchen equipment.
The new threat has been added to those who for two weeks disturb Hawaii residents and have forced hundreds of them to flee their homes.
But “ballistics” are not a good signal, according to experts, who say the situation can deteriorate, as the flight of rocks from the volcano indicates high pressure.
Authorities said that in the past there have been cases of ballistics the size of a car that have been thrown a mile away from the volcano, while others smaller a mile away.
But the main problem with <x0 ballistics” is that they show greater volcanic activity, which could result in a massive explosion, unlike what has been seen so far.
