For more than two years now, the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) has been unable to complete the procurement process for industrial climate supply.
The KEK Procurement Office has estimated that all economic operators who were part of the tender were irresponsible, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The company that was eliminated from the tender “Primus Engineering” is accusing KEK of irregularities during the tender process, while warning that if this once again the Procuration Manager decides to send the subject to re-evaluation they will address the prosecution.
The same was said at KEK. In response to the newspaper, this corporation has announced that after O's decision The ESPs will be sent to the Prosecutor, since it doubts there have been indicators that technical specifications of this tender have tried to adapt to a certain manufacturer, alluding to the company's equipment maker “Primus Engineering”.
According to KEK, even the Procureing Organisation could have been “delivered to madness by the expert expert expert”.
