The detainees are allegedly linked to religious cleric Fetullah Gulen, whom Ankara blames for organising a coup effort in 2016.
According to Turkish news agency Anadolu, arrest warrants have been issued for 96 people, 91 of whom belong to the air force.
Police said they are continuing their search for others in the city of Izmir.
Over 50,000 people have been arrested, and 150,000 others have been suspended or fired, after the failed pull.
Gulen denies any involvement in the Pic operation.
