Trump added that the peninsula must meet the conditions for holding the summit, and if it does not meet them, then the meeting could happen “later”.
North Korean authorities have declared they will cancel the meeting if the US continues to unilaterally insist that Kim Jong empty the country from nuclear arsenal.
Trump has not shown what conditions America has for the meeting, but he has reiterated that disleariarisation must occur, Kosovo follows. President Trump made these statements at a White House meeting with South Korean President Moon Yae.
The summit, which comes after the historic meeting between leaders of the two Koreas, is expected to be held on 12 June in Singapore.
