The government has violated the deadlines it had set itself for proceeding in the country of a law with which Kosovo would be done with the army. Even now she doesn't know when she's going to give an epilogue to the case, writes Koha Ditore today.
Based on the 2018 legislative programme, April 30th set the most remote date when the executive was to proceed to the Assembly Bill on Armed Forces (FAK). The bill, which has been drafted for years last November, had come into public consultation and circulated within ministries, to pass procedures related to financial costs and to compliance with European Union legislation. Even so, the Bill has not yet appeared before the government cabinet.
The Security Force Ministry is sponsor of the Bill. In this institution, they have said that for the formation of the FAK, it is not just a law subject to change.
