Five-year-old Dakota Pitts has returned to school for the first time since his father was killed at the helm last week.
But, as foreign media write, he did not return to his elementary school in Indiana alone Monday after 70 of his father's associates were there in uniform to attend him.
The moving video shows that the officers lined up on one side in support of Dakota, while he wore his father's badge and was given a SWAT shirt after he made his way towards the door of Sullivan Elementary School.
His father, Rob Pitts, a 16-year-old veteran, was brutally murdered on May 4th in an explosion caused by 45.
Officer Pitt and his team approached an apartment complex Friday evening when a murder suspect, armed, was ill-equipped inside.
