The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, based on its constitutional and legal competencies, has decreed the declaration of the Law for Ratification of the State Border Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro.
The decree states that Kosovo Republic President Hashim Thaci decrees “The declaration of the Law for Ratification of the State Border Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Montenegro, adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo in 21.03.2018, considered by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, with the act of decision (case No. No. Ref. 1225/18, 30.04,2018, and accepted by the Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, on 02.05.20188x1>.
This decree has entered into force today, following its signing by the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci.
