(8 years ago)A 33-year-old teacher has been arrested in Nevada, U.S.A., after allegedly having had sex with a student.
Maren Nicole Oates was arrested on Thursday and put on bail, until trial, amounting to 20 thousand dollars.
School leaders issued a statement distancing themselves from the event, as well as stressing that it is already up to authorities to decide whether the 33-year-old teacher has abused or not sexually, or whether he violated any other law.
