Swiss court makes decision for two Kosovars involved in murder

When did this happen?

On August 8th 2009, in Hochdorf it was expected to be a beautiful summer night. From a clash between Brazilians and a Balkan group, 25-year-old Kosovo suffered wounds on its lips. How should he react?

Who tried to kill the Brazilian?

When the Brazilian group began heading toward the house, they were stopped by three men with knives, sprays, and other metal items. One of the three stabbed Brazilian 9cm deep in the upper body, bringing great bloodshed from the scene.

After nine years of investigation by two Albanians from Kosovo (26 and 31) and a 36-year-old from Macedonia have appeared before the Criminal Court. As the main suspect of stabging is worth 36-year-old from Macedonia, which has been indicted for “suicide”, while the two persons from Kosovo have been indicted for help in criminal acts. Surviving Brazilians also testify that the main aggressor was the citizen of Macedonia.

Sentencing for Charged Three

Citizens of Macedonia are charged with other legal violations, such as violence and abuse of social aid and domestic violence. Regarding the event against the Brazilians, he points out that he had used only fists but was threatened to avoid telling reality. Finally, he receives psychiatric treatment because of fear, while his family survives social aid.

The 36-year-old from Macedonia was sentenced to all charges of 8 years and three months in prison, the second indictee from Kosovo was sentenced to 3 years and six months in prison (from whom he committed 89 days) and a fine of 11 thousand francs. The third Kosovo participant, who was arrested in Kosovo where he worked in the atheque, has been sentenced to two years and six months in prison (25 days only committed). All three persons should also pay court expenses of 130 thousand euros.
