Animal protection activist Driton Gusia, who has published this video, is seen lying there while there have been numerous wanderers around him.
Despite barking at him, his dogs neither approach him nor attack him.

Often in Kosovo, animal protection organisations have marked the World Day of Eddacak Dogs, with the goal of delivering the message to people who wanderers should not be mistreated and fed.
Such organisations have often complained that institutional support for this problem is too small.
According to them, institutions should take care of animals, not kill them.
In solving this problem, sterilization and shelters are said to be the two best ways.
