Many other people were injured in the wake of a powerful explosion in the town of Mubi on Tuesday, reports “Al Jazeera”, Periscopi broadcast.
A representative of Adamawa State Police in Nigeria said the first suicide bomb exploded at a mosque around 1pm, while the second bomb exploded 200m from a store.
This suicide attack was the second in the last two months to take place in this city. In November last year, suicide bombings broke out, taking 50 lives.
Witnesses said that they had seen a young man wearing a suicide vest when he entered the mosque to perform the terrible act.
The infamous Boko Haram took responsibility for this act. The African state of its crimes has experienced a campaign of violence since 2009 when its deadly team was on the scene.
More than 20,000 people have been killed since then, forcing more than 2 million people to abandon their homes./Periscopi/
