Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy has spoken once again about the Sofia summit, which will be held 17 May with all Western Balkan countries.

Other EU countries are reportedly waiting for the Spanish prime minister to change his mind, but according to the Spanish newspaper, this will not be possible.

The prime minister is not expected to change his mind at the last minute, writes the paper, broadcast Periscopi.

Kosovo is part of six Western Balkan countries, and many European Union countries consider its presence in the summit very important.
