According to him, such union would accept legality and respect the rights of workers.
The way union organization was meant to be a genuine union organization, which really plays the interests of workers, would not be a problem. It is even said that workers work up to 12 hours a day, free of charge for overtime.
Long ago, Periscope had contacted some disgruntled workers with the use of their company.
They had confessed that the company had not paid them a penny for their post-time work.
Meanwhile, Article 56 of the Labour Law clearly determines that the employee is entitled to additional wages for work longer than full - time work.

The workers were not publicly presented with names because they were afraid they would lose their jobs.
