Serbia not to enter the EU without recognising Kosovo

The US must continue to support Serbia's membership in the European Union, but also the EU's position that new members should adapt to Union policies towards Russia and that Serbia will not join until Kosovo is accepted.

This is said in the report of the US East-West Institute and the American National Foreign Policy Committee.
