Even though the Court of Appeals has turned the case against Enver Sekiraqas into retrial, the court process in this case has yet to be determined. Sekiraq's defender, Kosovar lawyer Kelmendi, says the case has dragged on too long and requires that the hearings of this process be scheduled soon.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina is expected to schedule the first court hearings in the retrial process against Enver Sekirrasqa during June.
So at least he's declared for “Zerin” the chairman of the court in this case, Shashivar Hoti.
It has said that the first retrial hearing in the process against Sekirafi is expected to be set during June.
“E plans to set it up in June and we'll report to you on the date”, Judge Hoti said briefly.
The Sequirah case had been turned into retrial by the Court of Appeals in October last year and the procrastination of this process has prompted Sekiraqa's defender, Kosovo lawyer Kelmendi, to apply for speeding up the start of this judicial process.
