Experts in education issues and representatives of organisations monitoring the state-run senior exam are sceptical that irregularities will be avoided this year during the trial, writes “Koha Ditore” today.
Even Minister of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT)'s decision, Shyqiri Bytyqi for punitive measures against seniors on the phone and who are engaged in cheating but are calling it formal.
That is because, as they say, the same measures have been envisioned since 2015 with the law of the state-run prom exam, but not respected. However, August officials have pledged that this year the process of taking the prom exam will not be accompanied by irregularities, as they have taken all preventative measures on the issue.
According to the minister's decision taken three days ago, students who have mobile phones at the center of the test or who fight by cheating will be excluded from the test for that deadline.
