The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed an indictment under which Radogosh is accused of slight bodily injury.

As the judge of the Mentor Bajraktari case read material, the accused had remarks saying that “if in medical reports there is someone other than doctor Valdet Spahiu, then those documents are fals”.
The accused also rejected the forensic expertise report, suggesting that these injuries were not caused by him.
