The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed an indictment under which Radogosh is accused of slight bodily injury.
During the past session, the defendant has been acquitted of the prosecution because of bodily injuries to his sister.
As the judge of the Mentor Bajraktari case read material, the accused had remarks saying that “if in medical reports there is someone other than doctor Valdet Spahiu, then those documents are fals”.
The accused also rejected the forensic expertise report, suggesting that these injuries were not caused by him.
The damaged Floranta Radogoshi had declared that on the critical day she was beaten by her other brother, Mesut Radogoshi.
