Russia's President Vladimir Putin has officially opened the bridge, which connects Russia with the occupied part of Crime.
The longest European bridge has been criticised by Ukraine for being constructed by Russian occupational forces.
The leader of the Kremlin said that the 12 miles long bridge was the dream of the Russian Czar and Stalin, but it was built only during his rule.
Russia annexed the Crimea Peninsula in 2014. The inaugurated bridge today connects the Black Sea and Azov, and is a key key to Russian soil.
