“Public procurement, an instrument for misusing people's money”

One of the most challenging areas in post-war Kosovo, the procurement area, is discussed at “Four 2015”. The table “Integrity and (without) impunity in procurement” gathered politicians, civil society members and other acts that addressed the problem of this area, KTV reports. For abuses in this area, members of civil society have blamed the prosecution.
Also, Alban Hashan, from the Riinvest Institute, for public procurement, said there remains an instrument for misuse of public money -- phenomena that are being driven by impunity. However, procurement is continuing to remain an unknown area for the prosecution, whose representatives have cited lack of expertise as one of the problems they face in dealing with these subjects. In this case, a number of civil society-worked reports and documentary films have also been shown related to public procurement problems in the country.
