Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has rejected the criminal premonition for “national electricity” exercised by MP Sami Kurteshi against Hashim Thaci, in the quality of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
MP Kurteshi claimed that with the signing of the border demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro, between Thaci and neighbouring country's foreign minister, Igor Luksic, the first committed treason against the country, Klan Kosova reports.
In the argument of the decision, it has been suggested that the criminal outcry could not be confirmed, since Thaci at the time of signing the agreement did not have the post of president of the republic.
According to the decision signed by Sylla Hoxha, after reviewing the entire material, no wrongdoing was found at any point that could be proved and as such a criminal outcry has been rejected.
