The State Council of Matura ( KSM, led by Chairman Fehmi Hyssenaj, has held the next meeting for finalisation of preparations for the organisation of the 2018 State Matura, which begins on Monday, May 28, 2018, in the region of Gjilan and Ferizaj.
As Martic reports, Chairman Hyssenaj also attended a meeting with the College of Municipal Education Directors, where also the central theme was the organisation and prosperity of the Matura Test.
Both meetings stressed the need for maximum commitment and respect of MAST's decisions on duties and responsibilities that all engage in this process, but also of students.
In order for this process to go according to schedules, Minister Bytyqi has made several decisions, under which punitive measures are put forth for those who ignore the rules. According to these decisions, no one is allowed to enter the classroom with mobile phones, including managers, while commissioners are the main persons responsible for the testing centres, while a supervisor will be appointed to five managers.
Besides phones, no other material is allowed that could be a source of data related to the content of the test. While, anyone who does not respect the rules first leaves the administration process (administrators), or the testing (the students) and then to the same will take adequate judicial measures and acts of administration.
In contrast to other years, this year the Matura Test is arranged for four days (first period) and four days the second section, divided into regions where it is designated by public lots, while the questionnaire will be different each day but with the same equivalise of assessment.
Members of the College of Municipal Education Directors pledged that they will be fully organised so that everything will go well, but insisted that the ongoing monitoring criteria apply the same everywhere in Kosovo and the real result will come out.
While, at the next meeting, KSM members also pledged that they would do their best to make the process succeed. They also shared tasks and took responsibility for leadership of the process wherever they would be assigned.
