He looks at the footage of the security cameras while he was in the principal's office pulling him for hair, then hitting him in the face and beating him with his belt, broadcasting the Indexline.
At least two other people were in the room at the time, one of them was believed to be a pregnant woman.
Neither has been seen trying to stop the police from exercising violence against his daughter.
The 44-year-old was charged with child abuse, then turning himself in.
