A burned person was found by police inside a charred vehicle that turns out to be Kosovo license plates.
The car is owned by the person from Mitrovica, Xhavit Osmani, but the vehicle victim has still not been identified because it has been carbonised.
Durres Police Director Alfred Chepe said the vehicle is with Kosovo license plates, but all of it is expected to be placed in the hands of investigations and expertise, as it is currently impossible to identify the victim.
The investigative group, in co-operation with the District Attorney, are investigating the case in question.
They are in constant communication with Kosovo authorities, because the vehicle is with the license plates of this state. On this fact, police allegations are that even the victims are Kosovo citizens. But this remains to be verified after conducting forensic expertise, as by the carbonisation of the corpse, it is impossible to identify whether it is a female or a male.
The serious event took place in the village of Derven of Frushe-Cruja, where police at the bottom of a land without any object built on it, found the burnt car and the lifeless body was found inside. It is expected that his identification will be made through DNA analysis.
