Hezbollah claims Iran will sign agreement if Israel steps down from Lebanon

The Hezbollah media relations office for the Reuters news agency has said Iran will not sign a final agreement with the US unless Israel withdraws from Lebanon,
According to Hezbollah, the withdrawal would not be a precondition for the start of the second round of talks with Iran, which will begin with signing the US-Iran Framework Agreement, reports Sky News.
But, reportedly, the second phase was supposed to conclude an agreement on Iran's nuclear programme, and Iranian representatives said that “would not have any nuclear agreement between Iran and the United States unless Israelis withdraw”.
Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu had refused yesterday to withdraw Israeli troops despite a US-Iran peace agreement, saying they would stay in the occupied areas as long as necessary.
