In Pec 119 tumors in 2018

There have been 119 tumor cases at Pec General Hospital in the first four months of this year, and 59 females and 60 males.

Statistics show that as regards the age of 18-34 there are 10 cases, between the ages of 35 and 44 are 27 cases, 45-55 are 28 cases, 55-64 are 19 cases, while over 65 cases are 38 cases. Under the age of 18, fortunately there are few cases.

The number of men lying during April was 1,314 patients, and of them 633 were from Peja, 191 from Istog, 166 from Kline, 113 from Decani and Junic municipalities, and others from other Kosovo municipalities.

During March 2018, 308 operations have been conducted, while the average operation conducted for one day is 10.2 operations.

While the number of people born at Pec General Hospital in March has been 159 and should be mentioned that the average birth rate in 2018 is 3.7, which is smaller than last year when there was 5.4 births on average a day.

Even in the matter of nurse services this month, the figures speak of major jobs the nurse staff has performed at the Peja Hospital, as there have been 28,139 services that have helped carry out 16,885 medical visits.

Without a doubt, Emergency was the most busy service this month with treatment of disease cases, and this month there were 4,499 cases, or an average of 148 cases per 24 hours.

During March, the number of those who did laboratory tests was 1,576.
