From the Office of the First State, they say this is the best way to protect the state's interest.

The opposition continues to oppose Hashim Thaci's name as leader in the latest phase of the dialogue, while KDI has called on the Parliament to call the extraordinary session for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

The next week will be crucial to the future of Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, as difficult as the political consensus on the name that will lead to this process seems difficult.

The Kosovo government, through the platform for the final phase of dialogue, has given President Hashim Thaci a mandate, but the same must get approval from the Parliament's deputies.

At the presidency, they said they should not lose energy by raising dilemmas about who should lead this phase, because it is not the process prepared for a certain individual or leader.

President Bekim Colak's adviser, says the best way to represent and protect state interest is to build broad political consensus.

The “Dialogue for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia has a beginning, a logical flow and key actors involved are not by chance at all. Under any circumstances, the president will comply with his dedication obligations and will insist on inviting and working with all the acters for building this broad consensus because we are convinced that we will be much better prepared to defend our state and national interests. ”

But, despite the president's call, the opposition disagrees with Thaci's leadership name in the process.

Alternative MP Ilir Deda has recalled the president's formal role, based on the Constitutional Commentary.

The Democratic League of Kosovo has yet to come up with an official position on how it will operate with the president's name, and whether it will support it, but one day earlier through a Facebook post, Deputy Chairman Lutfi Haziri, has said this party would be unique as if in the last case when it built its unity to vote for the law to ratify demarcation.

For Vetevendosje, the LDK approach is unacceptable, until they have said they will do their best for the government platform not to move to the Parliament.

However, LDK deputies have told television that this party has already decided not to support Thaci as leader in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia.

Meanwhile, KDI has demanded that the Assembly call extraordinary session for Kosovo dialogue Serbia.

Life Krasniqi has said the Assembly should grant legitimacy to the negotiating team.

Until, repeatedly, new compromises have been mentioned with Serbia, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has denied that state resources are discussed.

Days earlier, “Koha Ditore” had reported that two of Kosovo's largest Trepca and Gazivoda resources were involved in discussions of the Management Team under the draft of the Serb majority municipalities.
