Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has reacted to the interruption of construction work on the Decan Plav road, which came after the Serb opposition, or the Serbian Orthodox Church, which received support even from international presence in the country.
Haradinaj has invited diplomats to go to the scene, to be convinced that the road being renovated has existed before.

He has said further that the government is tasking managing roads across the country's entire territory.
The people of Kosovo have always lived in harmony with minority communities, respecting the religious and cultural heritage of all indiscriminately. The Kosovo government is tasked with repairing and managing roads on the entire territory of Kosovo”, the top executive concluded.
The Serbian Orthodox Church has called for a break in the works, arguing that the Kosovo government illegally started building roads on the Decani-Plav Transit Road within the special protected zone around the Decani Monastery”.
