North Korea has announced it will dismantle its nuclear testing site before summit with US president
According to this agency “in accordance with the decision of the 3rd Plenar session of the 7th working group of the DPS Workers' Party, the Nuclear Arms Institute and other relevant institutions are establishing practical measures to disrupt the North Korean nuclear testing centre in order to ensure the transparency of the suspension of the nuclear test. The ceremony for the break-up of the nuclear test is scheduled to be held from May 23rd to May 25th, taking into account the conditions of the agenda”, said in the KCNA news.
The KCNA follows further that the location of the Nuclear Test Peggy continues consistently to dismantle all the country's nuclear testing tunnels, completely destroy the entrances and then destroy the facilities of all observation facilities, labs and divisions of the guards on the ground.
The report also reportedly will allow international media to show transparency in Peggy.
The suspension occurs just three weeks before the long-awaited summit in Singapore, where North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is expected to meet with US President Donald Trump.
