He during his speech at today's session in New York, where the UN secretary-general's regular quarterly report said his country welcomes ratification of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro in the Kosovo Assembly.
The sessions are designed to be kept on closed doors, but this has been rejected days ago by Ivica Dacic, demanding respect for Resolution 1244./Periscopi/
