Who's Arben Djukay? The man who survived some coalitions.
Arben Djukaj is the sole director of a large public company that has survived all government coalitions, Life in Kosovo wrote in a profile Djukate had made.
Arben Djukaj was elected director of KEKU during the LDK ruling coalition- AAK, when the company's Board of Directors was then the Energy Minister from the AAKA ranks, Et '%em Ceku.
Djukaj was advanced to the position of manager, where he did not move either during the mandate of Thaci government 1 and 2.
When Djukaj was asked about his proximity, by then Prime Minister Hashim Thaci (now president), he had denied such a thing. It was known to advance in KEK, of Thaci's cousin Nijazi Thaci, which Djukaj had denied having done.

KEK's director, Arben Djukaj, is among the accused for the 6m euro physical security tender of KEK's facilities.
In this case, Esat Tahiri and Milazim Lushtaku are charged with criminal fraud, former procurement director Driton Pruth; KEK director Arben Gjukaj; former head of the OSHP, Hysni Hoxha, are accused of misuse of official position or authorisation, while Croatia Mayor Sami Lushtaku is accused of inciting the abuse of official office.
Investigations regarding the case had been launched on October 5, 2012, while the indictment was set up on January 16, 2015.
Otherwise, Kosovo Energy Corps is public enterprise and in its structure includes coal mines, power plant generation units Kosova A and B, finances and accounting, corporate services and internal auditing.
KEK's announcement says this company currently implements annual revenues of about $150m.
