The chairman of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel, has been happily expressed.
I am happy that the Kosovo Assembly adopted the Capital Law, which helps Pristina develop, with more budget and competence. Also, with this Law, Prizren is known as Kosovo's Historical Capital”, he wrote on Facebook.
