Mosul's ghost city after I lost SIS; resurrection battle continues

It has been more than eight months since the Islamic State of Iraq and Lavant have lost the battle against Iraqi government forces and its allies.
While its reconstruction has begun, Iraq's second largest city continues to fight to return to its path.
Iraqis have returned to their homes and shops.
Many say the government is making slow efforts at rebuilding the city.
Mosul's civil protection is co-operating with the NGO to clean up the old town, but according to Abdel Satar al-Habow, the director of the town of Mosul, the reconstruction of the city can take several years.
Many homes have no electricity and access to the water grid. Also, some of them are mine.
Purging efforts also include finding and identifying corpses under the ruins.
It is difficult to know who he is,” said Mosul's chief of civil defense, Rabbi Ibrahim Hassan for “Al Jazeera”, transmits Periscopi.
“We do not have a team, personnel or access to forensic technology,” he said.
According to Hasan, civilian troops are usually sent to the cemetery with funeral ceremonies, while the troops of ISIL fighters are left to the side.
Hassan estimates there may be about 5,000 bodies scattered throughout the city./Periscopi/
