Experts appear to have carried out a poor survey of the site, which the following day should have been fully cleared.
In Derven, where a carbonized man was found on Saturday and a burnt car was found inside, many details have been left behind. The car has left the police and the investigative group is dealing with the identification of the victim. Presequently, it is suspected to be citizen Xhavit Osman from Pestova of Vushtrri.
Police spokesperson for the Mitrovica region, Avni Zahiti, has told local media that on May 4th, family members have reported as missing a person with the same identity as the lifeless body that was found yesterday in Fushesh-Kruja. And Albanian police sources indicated that Xhavit Osmani, 60, entered with his vehicle from Morina a few days ago.
There is doubt that the man may have been executed before, and then his car and his body were sent to the place where he was set up and set on fire. The odds are of revenge from former Kosovar's friends at Fushe-Kruje.
A police official told ABC News, which locals recognized Osman as the owner of a music club in which they work, and girls from the area where burnt cars were found. So at least they know Kosovar in Fushe Kruje. DNA and confrontation with family members are expected, however, to determine officially whether Xhavit Osmani is the victim.
