On Friday evening and Saturday morning, in the northern part of Kosovo, there have been cocktail attacks on property (car burning) families of members of the Serb community who are members of the KSF.

These criminal acts are meant to intimidate KSF members, from Serb criminal and nationalist circles in the northern part, which express hatred and incompatibility with integrations, the development of democracy and the consolidation of the state of Kosovo”, the announcement said.

The KSF and KSF ministry stand firm in support of its members, who despite threats and real damage to their property, continue to be part of the KSF and serve with dignity in carrying out their obligations as members of the KSF.

Therefore, the MSF calls on Kosovo state institutions, the Kosovo Police and KFOR to engage seriously, with the full power of the law, to stand up for the life and wealth of KSF members, to be let free to realise their rights as citizens and as free people in their selection of life prospects.

Kosovo and its local and international bodies must guarantee complete freedom and security for all citizens, regardless of which part of Kosovo live, to realise their civic rights, human rights and freedoms guaranteed with Constitutions and laws in force.
