Minister Tahiri gives details about raid at Dubrava prison

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri through his account on the social Facebook network has indicated that today in co-operation with the Kosovo Police have taken action within the Corresponsive Centre in Dubrava to prevent the testing of some persons for supplies of banned materials.

Our preemptive measures against negative phenomena within the correcting centers are producing concrete results and will undoubtedly increase the level of security within the correcting system. Today, a check is organised at the Dubrava Correct Centre, in which the responsible security authorities have attempted some efforts to supply people to the suffering of punishable materials. The action is in operation of implementing legislation in force and concrete policies that we have undertaken for the best and professional functioning of the Kosovo Correcting Service”, Tahiri wrote.

For more, Minister Tahiri expressed once again his commitment to further strengthen the Kosovo Correcting Service for professionalism, security and respect of the integrity of persons in suffering punishment.

“Crahas respect for the rights and dignity of those suffering condemnation, proper implementation of order and security within the correcting system, is the necessary condition for the implementation of the mandate of the Kosovo Correcting Service, which every day and more is advancing to professionalism, security and observing the integrity of persons in suffering the” has written Tahiri.

For all this success, Minister Tahiri has also thanked the Kosovo Police, who, according to him, testified once again during this action to its high professionalism.
