Minister Hasani congratulates workers' day, vows to improve conditions for them

Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani has congratulated workers at the 1 May holiday, emphasising on the protection of local businesses.

Hasani has said the ministry he leads, protecting local businesses has also protected workers.

He has said that poverty in the country falls low at the minimum wage application of 250 euros.

He writes:

By helping and protecting local businesses, we have protected and cared for the workers.

These eight months, while I'm at the helm of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, I've been visiting a lot of companies, and I've met a lot of people we've talked to about every trouble they're having on the job.

This has prompted me to offer my unscathed support to our businesses, but we will ask businesses to account for the state.

We are aware that not everything is in order, but with common work we will create the best treatment of workers in any sector.
