The explanation for the banner is as follows: “This inscription does not prejudge Kosovo's status and is in line with Resolution 1244, the opinion of the SAA and the Declaration of Kosovo Declaration of Independence”.
“Fouts for the first time was used in 2012 and all United Nations mechanisms in Kosovo have used the star and banner, referring to Resolution 1244, social networks and other types of communication in 2016”.
