That was announced by lawyer Besnik Berisha, while news was also confirmed by Economy Development Minister Valdrin Luka.
“Kosovo's good news has just arrived: Arbitrazhi's Tributal for the Privatisation of Kosovo Telecom has decided fully in favour of Kosovo, forcing company A CP Axos pays about $2 million in various expenses.
Congratulations to all, especially to those who contributed to this victory! he wrote on his Facebook account.
He has also posted the official email that the lawyers who have defended the case have accepted.

The process of privatising Kosovo's Post and Telecom was launched in 2010. Three years later, in April 2013, A CP Axos Capital GmbH had been declared the winner with a 277m-euro bid for the purchase of a 75% stake in “Vala” of Telekom.
But the privatisation of the telecommunications company did not happen.
The Kosovo Assembly did not give the “green framework” to the government's report on the sale of PTK, since it was the opposition who strongly opposed this process by boycotting several times even sessions.
When the government cancelled the privatisation, the company “Axos” indicted the Kosovo government after, according to them, the Kosovo Government has unilaterally broken the agreement for PTK privatisation.
“Axos” on June 4, 2015, indicted Kosovo Government at the International Court of Arbitrazhi (GJNA).
