Grabovci could be “filled” throat, but the control of Kosovo Telecom has already been emptied. The public telephone operator, which has given hundreds of millions of euros to the Government for years, is on the brink of bankruptcy and has actually declared a debt of about 60m euros.
This situation, largely, is the result of an harmful contractual relationship for the operation of Z-Mobile, which was linked by Telekom's predecessor, Posta and Kosovo Telecom (PTK).
Grabovci was chief of the PDK parliamentary group when it was on the wire, in a corruption investigation process related to the time it was deputy minister of transport and Telecommunications.
